Advance payments, conditions and payment terms

We require an advance instalment at the amount of 50% of the total price for the stay in the case of reservations made 31 days or more in advance.

We require an advance payment at the amount of 100% of the total price for the stay in the case of reservations made 30 days or less before the arrival date.

The reservation will only be considered to be binding once the appropriate amount has been credited to the hotel's bank account.

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Diners Club, Maestro, EC/MC and Discover.

The hotel facility is monitored by a closed-circuit camera system which records the feed.

Cancellation conditions

The cancellation of a reservation 90-31 days prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation price.

The cancellation of a reservation 30 days or less prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation price.

If a client reduces the length of the stay as opposed to his or her original reservation, this will not entitle the client to a refund.
